Join us for transformative sessions including:

Celebrating the Crone - A 6 week women's circle. Step into a season of deeper truth, authority, and ease. This series is an invitation to reframe aging, reclaim your voice, and root into the wisdom that comes from a well-lived life. Through conversation, reflection, and ritual, you will explore what it means to embody the Crone archetype in a modern world and to lead your life from the inside out.

Women's Group: Nurture Your Self-Esteem, Self-Care & Self-Compassion - a small 4 week women's group.  Join a welcoming circle of women for four weeks of guided support, meaningful conversation, and personal growth. Together, we’ll explore self-esteem, self-care, and self-compassion so you can show up for yourself with more confidence, kindness, and ease. A beautiful opportunity to learn, share, and feel truly supported.

Women's Group: Finding Light in the Darkness - a 6 week women’s group focused on healing, growth, and finding moments of hope, even when life feels challenging. You don’t need to be “over it” to join, just open to walking forward together. If you’re going through a tough season and looking for support, connection, and a little more light, this group is for you.

Women's Group: The In-Between - Support for When Partner's Work Away 

A supportive, validating space for people whose partners work away (rotational work, travel, remote jobs, military, oil & gas, healthcare, etc.) to process:

  • Loneliness and emotional load

  • Functioning as a “temporary single parent”

  • Carrying the mental/emotional labor alone

  • Disconnection and reconnection with their partner

  • Identity shifts (“Who am I when they’re gone vs home?”)

  • Routine disruption and resentment/guilt cycles

Mind-Body Mastery Explore the powerful connection between physical fitness and mental health.

Building Emotional Resilience – Strengthen your ability to cope with life’s challenges.
